Process Engineers

Responsibilities:

– Designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure product quality, efficiency, and safety. This involves conducting research, testing, and analysis of various materials, methods, and equipment.
– Troubleshooting and resolving process-related issues that may arise during production, such as defects, deviations, or malfunctions. This involves identifying the root causes, implementing corrective actions, and verifying the effectiveness of the solutions.
– Implementing and maintaining process control systems to monitor and regulate the operating parameters and performance of the manufacturing processes. This involves using software, sensors, instruments, and controllers to collect and analyze data and adjust the processes accordingly.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably in Electro engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering), or a related field
– Basic knowledge of PCB production processes and equipment
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
– Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
– Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
