Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

– Assesses the quality of products based on measurements taken during the production process;
– Compares identified non-conformities in PCBs with IPC standards and decides on the appropriate course of action;
– Determines corrective measures related any defects that occur in production;
– Conducts statistical analysis of the causes of product defects;
– Processes customer claims related to product quality;
– Identifies the root causes of non-conforming products in collaboration with department managers.

Requirements:

– University degree (preferably the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy: Design and
Management of Technological Processes, Inorganic Engineering and Environmental
Protection, or Materials Engineering and Nanotechnology or other related fields)
– Good command of the English language
– Proactive attitude, readiness to work in a dynamic environment, and strong communication skills
– Ability to perform detailed analyses, identify root causes of problems, and propose effective solutions
